History
The Rajagriha was one of the few constituencies which came into existence following the delimitation which took place in January 2021, two months ahead of the March 2021 general election. In the March 2021 general election, Ștefan Marius Snagoveanu defeated Ava Calero of the National People's Congress. In the November 2021 general election, Charles Burgardt was elected from the constituency however, following the establishment of the House of Councillors, he chose to be elected as member of the house and hence tendered his resignation from the Lok Sabha. He was succeeded by Lorenzo Marquez of the Social Democratic Party who served as a member till his own resignation in August 2022.
The current MP is former acting prime minister Prince Abhiraj of the National People's Congress in the 15th Lok Sabha.
