Peter II of Santa Cruz, (Complete name: Nelson Weber) was the 2nd President of General Assembly of Ruthenia, and King of Santa Cruz, a Lusophone micronation.
He was Duke Palatine of Santa Cruz, Head of Government of the Kingdom of Ruthenia, Grand Admiral of the Royal Navy and Minister of Foreign Affairs, titles he never assumed, since he became King of Santa Cruz for the seconde time before accept those offices and leave the Kingdom.
