Process of Approval of bills

Any bill or amendment must be presented to the Senatorial Commission, after which the Speaker or Deputy Speakers will initiate the discussion and presentation of changes to the bill, which will last 8 hours. Subsequently, the speaker or his deputy will have to put the bill to the vote, the duration of this phase lasts 12 hours.

No quorum is required during the voting. A majority is enough to pass a law, while 2/3 of the votes in favor are required for a constitutional amendment.
