Nicolas Caiazzo is a retired American micronationalist and student who founded and served as Chancellor of Excelsior from August 2020 until the dissolution of Excelsior in May of 2024. Caiazzo held multiple positions in other micronations, most prominently in Georgienstine. Caiazzo officially retired from Georgienstinian politics in December 2023.
