Lyric "I" (born Lyric Barnhabbler 12 May 2009), also known online as Crapalap, is the incumbent Deputy Minister and Free Governor of East Tawil and former Downgraded King of Hugia. He is a close friend of the founder and current prime minister of Hugia, Henry Vireyica.

Micronationalism and Hugia

Barnhabbler was with in the idea of Hugia since before its creation. Henry Vireyica and Barnhabbler created the fictional character of Bobbo Hugius on 26 September 2018 at recess at an elementary school. The character was first created by drawing a face on a mechanical pencil eraser and sticking led through it, creating the first variation of Bobbo. The character would eventually evolve into being a political leader in fictional Hugia. Vireyica discussed with Barnhabbler about taking a governor role in any administrative division as a joke before 2024. On the night of 24 July 2024, Vireyica gave East Tawil a new governor, being himself.

On 5 August 2024, Lyric "I" became the first downgraded king of Hugia. The "throne" was offered by Prime Minister Vireyica. He accepted which began the downgraded monarchy (DF monarchy, or DFM for short) transition. His first term lasted until 5 September. He also became the first and incumbent deputy minister of Hugia on 12 August to celebrate Royalty Day. It was announced on 28 August on who succeeded him, being Rey "I". He will begin his second reign on 5 January 2025, ending on 28 January before the downgraded throne transitions back into the real throne.

Barnhabbler created a fictional micronation that is located in Baden-Württemberg (Germany) and in Northern Switzerland, known as the Democratic Republic of Lyriaca.
