Rey Alexander (born Rey Alexander De Guzman April 15, 2010), is the incumbent Provisional Leader and the founding father of the State of Land.
Rey Alexander ruled Land as an Autocrat on May 21, 2024 after Land was founded and has been the consecutive ruler of Land becoming the President, Diarch, and Provisional Leader.
Rey Alexander is a prominent figure in Landman history, being the founding father of Land, writer and signer of the Declaration of Independence, and is responsible for Land's rise as a micronation. He also ruled as a diarch alongside his brother Alex until he imposed a provisional government which saw Alex step down as Diarch of Land.
Rey Alexander continues to rule Land as a provisional leader, he's also the founder of government-owned news agency of the Land. State of Land News Agency and creator of various sites about Land.
Early Life
Rey Alexander was born on April 15, 2010 in Balagtas, Bulacan. He has two younger brothers named Alex and Aizen. He was raised in different places during his childhood, but primarily in Las Piñas.
Micronational Career
On May 21, 2024. Rey founded the State of Land and immediately became the Autocrat leader of the nation.
His early duties in Land was filled with uncertainty and interlude switching government types to another, he appointed himself as the first President of Land on June 2, 2024 under a Unitary Republic after that, he appointed himself as the Autocrat of Land once again on June 13, 2024, then establishing a Diarchy co-ruled by his brother Alex under the house of Land, and then imposing a provisional government him as the Provisional Leader.
He is the writer and signer of Land's Declaration of Independence and writer of now defunct and nulled constitution of the country.
He passed his first decree in Land on June 8, 2024 banning cultists in the country. He was also the signer of Land's first treaty: Treaty of Center. Along with Zakia Jacob of Zakinesia that states the establishment of diplomatic relations by both countries.
He was also a Downgraded Monarch of Hugia, which succeeded Lyric "I" on September 5, 2024. Juan "I" eventually succeeded him on 5 October, a month later.
