Henry Vireyica (formerly known as Henry II; born 20 February), also known online as HenMillion, is the current Prime Minister of Hugia. He founded the nation, on 29 January 2019. However, he first merged the entity and changed it into a fictional political party in April 2020. In October, he founded the fictional micronation of Hugia. After 12 August 2021, he changed the political system again and what is now known as the Kingdom of Hugia. He was the King of Hugia but abdicated his position in July 2023.

Vireyica, the supposed last name, is a pseudonym the Royal Family of Hugia uses to mask their last name for privacy reasons.

Micronationalism

Vireyica founded Hugia as a whole on 29 January 2019. However, he created a fictional character on 26 September 2018 that had to with Hugia, but not establishing it as a country. He founded Hugia through making a Roblox group. However, he technically didn't lead the country since the fictional character did, but since he created it, he was the de facto leader of the Pretty Huges and the First Hugian Party.

In October 2020, Vireyica founded the country's name, location, and flag. It was to be in Sila, Chad. Why he chose this location is unknown. Ten months later in August 2021, he changed Hugia's government from a republic to a monarchy. He eventually became the king and prime minister.

July of 2023, Vireyica abdicates his position as king to his grandfather, Paul Vireyica. The coat of arms he designed for Hugia before he abdicated, became official. Many months later in November, he later would write the declaration of independence. It would be signed by the king and himself. A day later, he announced on Hugia's official X (formerly Twitter) account that the country will be claiming parts of Bir Tawil. He became the free governor since then.

In the beginning of January 2024, Vireyica formed an alliance just for monarchical micronations called the Collaborative Realms of Working Nations (CROWN). He became the chairman of the alliance starting on the 5th of January. On 20 January, he became the dictator of Hugia.

Vireyica was previously known as MiniVeet from 2017–2021. He would change his alias to Henillion to 2021–2024. He would change it again on 2 March 2024 to HenMillion. He currently has 1.62k+ subscribers with a total of 169,000 views on his main YouTube channel. He owns up to twelve channels, mostly posting a variety of content from Roblox, to videos of his cats, and other projects. He has no upload schedule, which usually can be from daily, to every other day, to months.
