The Constitution of Hugia are the main laws of Hugia first written on 20 November 2023.
Articles
Article 1 - Sovereignty
Hugia is an independent nation that follows the traditional cultures and styles of its neighbors. It will follow parts of the United States Constitution and spread peace.
Article 2 - Identity and Culture
Hugia will accept any religion, ethnicity, and sexuality no matter who it is. They are free to express themselves as who they are. People must not be against and must follow the holidays of Hugia.
Article 3 - Symbols
The flag of Hugia must always be a yellow, green, and orange tricolor horizontally. The (royal) crown must always be in the center of the flag at all times. The people must respect the flag and other flags from other nationalities. Flags that are extreme and deemed terrorist by the government are banned at all times.
Any CCH symbols are fully banned and will result major punishment.
Article 4 - Freedom of Speech
The freedom of speech of the Hugian people is accepted unless it is violently used to spread hate toward other people.
Article 5 - Military
The armed forces of Hugia will always be stationed somewhere not in the homes of civilians but in official military camps and bases.
Article 6 - Divisions
The counties, autonomous halls, and free territories of Hugia will always be governed by a governor of said division. The monarch will always be the head of state and the prime minister will decide what goes on in these divisions.
Article 7 - Citizenship
Anyone who has a permanent citizenship and is a part of the government is a confirmed citizen of Hugia. Semi-permanent citizens, visitor citizens, and digital citizens do not have permission to live in Hugia but have limited rights.
Article 8 - Education
The education of Hugia will not tolerate educators who discipline students physically (and harmfully) and do not give homework. These students must learn the basics of writing, reading, mathematics, science, economics, culture, geography, history, and health. Do not follow the United States’ education system.
Amendments
Amendment 1 - Transition
If Hugia's fair domain is occupied by another party, the government will become provisional for up to 365 days. If Hugia does not get its territory back within said time period, the government (or legal entity) is declared impractical and will dissolve.
Amendment 2 - Governmental Power
The prime minister has all the power and duties that stand above all laws, including the constitution. The monarch and the rest of the government have little powers and say.
Amendment 3 - Voting
No government official shall infringe on official votes ran throughout the nation. All votes must be done fair and equally without rigging.
