Leopold Deuff (in French: Léopold Deuff; in Esperanto: Leopoldo Deuff), born 26 May 1995 in Marignane (France), is a Jailaverian politician who is the President of thr Republic of Jailavera.

*Since 2020, previously holding the position from 18 June 2017 to 11 December 2017. His Presidential term started on the 18 June 2017, which is the official date of foundation of Jailavera. However, his involvement in micronationalism goes way back to 11 July 2011 when he formed the Pagus of Lez and Veyssanna of Communist Republic of Esperantia.

Leopold Deuff is student at Aix-Marseille University in History. He is unmarried.
