The President of EMU is the highest position in European Micronational Union. The President of EMU is elected by the people of Union.
The term of office is six months. He or she may be elected any number of times, but not more than twice in a row.

In the event of the vacancy in the office of the president, the Vice-President assumes the duties of the president. For example, after the resignation of Tobias Guttierez the Vice-President, Arthur Korney, was acting president briefly in 2020, before a new president could be elected.
The eigth President of EMU became Tobias Walther Gallagher after fierce battle from The Freedom party. This was the first election in which after elections president associated himself with political party.
