Hugia City was the capital of Hugia. The capital is currently known as Goz Beïda in Sila, Chad. It was established 15 August 2019. Hugia City has a population of 172,000 out of the 570,000 in Sila.

History

Hugia City was founded on 15 August 2019 by Henry Vireyica. Hugia City did not have a location at the time until Hugia declared independence on 3 October 2020. On 7 July 2023, the name would be changed into Tractohall during the defantasization period.
