The House of Commons is the only house in the Parliament of the Norfolk Empire. The House of Commons consists of one Member of Parliament (MP) per every three citizens of the Norfolk Empire. In total, there are four seats in the House of Commons. The House of Commons currently has a majority of Green-Republicans and a minority of Independents.
