The Copyright Court of the Norfolk Empire (also Copyright Court) is the highest judiciary body of the Norfolk Empire that is in charge of licensing copyrighted material.
History
Creation of the Court
On 5 August 2019, HIM Emperor Jason Norfolk I announced that the Copyright Court of the Norfolk Empire had been founded. The Copyright Court of the Norfolk Empire was ordered to be created by the newly passed Copyright Laws of the Norfolk Empire (B#2.19.1). The Copyright Court of the Norfolk Empire will be in charge of correctly licencing all material with the correct label and deal with any copyright disputes in the Norfolk Empire. With the new court comes a new emblem, which was created by HRH Prince Cooper Norfolk I. HIM Emperor Jason Norfolk I also appointed two judges to the Copyright Court, Tamcoopese President Tammy Norfolk, who is also the Chief Justice of the court, and HRM Duke Robert Norfolk I.[1]
