The Federal Kingdom of Arkonia, or more simply known as Arkonia, was a constitutional monarchy composed of 5 Alueets and a capital district/city, Arkonia City[citation needed]. The Federal Kingdom was completely located inside the U.S. State of Arkansas. The Nation was founded on November 17, 2017 and is completely surrounded by Pulaski County, Arkansas. It has an area of 3.85 miles² and 4 citizens. The Kingdom's form of government was a constitutional monarchy, defined by the constitution, the Constitution of the Federal Kingdom of Arkonia.[1][2] The current and so far only monarch is King Tony I, who has ruled the country since it was founded. The capital of the Kingdom was the Federal District, Arkonia City. Since the Kingdom was surrounded by the United States, the first official language was English. Due to the fact a small amount of citizens can understand German or Espernato, these were the second and third official languages respectively.
Etymology
In November 2017, the 1st Prime Minister founded the Federal Kingdom of Arkonia with his brother. They both agreed on Arkonia as a name. The term Arkonia is the local short form. "Arkonian" is the term for a citizen(denonym) of Arkonia.
History
2017
Arkonia was founded by the 1st Prime Minister on November 17, 2017. The 1st King, Tony I, was invited to be the King after the 1st Prime Minister decided to change the nation from a republic to a Monarchy. The Kingdom of Arkonia invited many people to become citizens in mid-December. Some people responded, which increased the population to 6 people, the highest it had ever been.
2018
The population has stayed the same in 2018. However, the amount of active citizens has dropped to four. Arkonia has drafted the final version of the constitution, which will be signed during Arkonia Week 2018. Arkonia has 6 bills that have been written and signed by the Prime Minister and King. All of these bills are in the Arkonian Book of Bills. In late September 2018, Arkonia changed its flag.[3]
Post-Election Politucal Reform
After the elctions in 2018, the Arkonia Government Reform Act was passed.[4] Also, the political parties were slightly changed. The Memeist Party dissolved and the Communist Party became inactive. Later, however, the Memeist Party became active again when K. Singleton joined the Memeist Party.[4]
2019
Coat of Arms Changed
On 14 January 2019, Arkonia changed its coat of arms from the old coat of arms to the new coat of arms. This was to shake off the somewhat close similarity to Iron Guard Romania. the Prime Minister said that it was a major improvement over the old one.
Government and politics
The kingdom of Arkonia had 3 branches: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. To serve in any branch of government, you must be over 13.[2]
Executive
The Executive Branch was made up of the King, the Prime Minister, and the Executive Departments. The King was the head of the country, yet holds little power. Some of the power he holds was an overarching veto. The Prime Minister was the Person who holds the most Power. He leaded the Executive Departments. These departments includedEducation and Internal and External Affairs. Elections for Prime Minister were held on 18–19 November.[5]

Legislative
The Assembly is a unicameral legislative body that is the legislature of Arkonia. Assembly Representatives serve for 1 year. Elections for the Legislative Assembly of Arkonia were held on 18–19 November.[5]
Judicial
The Judicial Branch is made up of a court of Judge-Chancellors. There is always an odd amount of Judge-Chancellors, with no fewer than 5 and no more than 9. Judge-Chancellors serve for life unless they decide to leave.[2]

Culture
Economy
The Main Private Economy of the Kingdom of Arkonia was the Arkonian Publishing Group,[6] a group that provides publishing and general writing resources to Arkonian citizens. However, kingdom's main currency was the United States dollar(USD).
Foreign Relations
The Kingdom of Arkonia was formerly active with other members of the micronational community on the Micronations subreddit. The Kingdom used to be part of the Inter-Micronational Treaty Organization. Arkonia also signed a treaty, the Treaty of Arkonia City,[7] on 21 May 2018. Arkonia signed the Seybold-Arkonia Agreement on 15 October 2018. This agreement is special in the fact that it was the first treaty negotiated by the Department of External Affairs.
Informal Relations
Arkonia recognizes and has informal relations with all nations that they were/are currently in an alliance with and ones specifically mentioned below, unless that they have signed a Treaty of Relations with them.
Groups and Alliances
MOF Era
Arkonia was in the Micronational Olympic Federation. Arkonia submitted a bid to host the 2019 Olympics. However, the bid failed, as Arkonia received no votes for this. Arkonia eventually left the MOF.
