The February 2023 Roscamistan Chamber of Representatives election and the February 2023 Roscamistan Senate by-elections were two elections taking place on the 9th and 10th of February 2023. The 5th Chamber of Representatives was elected and the Senate’s vacant seats were filled. The day after the legislative elections, Vice President Ludwig Collins resigned from office, citing personal reasons. This was a hard hit to the Jacobs government, as one of its core members left the nation.

This election was the last time that the Senate and Chamber had elections, as they were abolished in the federalisation of the nation in June 2023, to make way for the National Congress.
