The Confederation of Naw, also known as the Naw Confederation, is a confederation of numerous territories formerly within the jurisdiction of the United Socialist States. It was established on 4 February 2024 by Kaiser Charles I. The Confederation of Naw is based on a Pan-Elarian Empire governmental theory in which multiple states could be ruled by a singular and powerful Kaiser.
The Confederation of Naw borrows heavily from the cultures of the Empire of Ela'r'oech and the German Empire. The government is based on that of the German Empire and its culture also bases itself off of Pan-Germanist view points, however replacing 'German' references with Elarian.
Etymology
The Confederation of Naw, or Territory of States, takes its name from the Elarian language terms for territory, which translates to 'solhn,' and state which translates to 'naw.' Solhn subb Naw literally translates to Territory of States, however the Confederation prefers using the term Confederation of Naw for less confusion.
History
The Confederation was established in the fallout of the collapse of the United Socialist Republics, which had been planned by many to happen soon. Multiple attempts from Elarians, Worrellians, and other micronations all had failed with the ultimate success coming from a mass-raid on their servers conducted by a similarly styled Discord clan.
After the initial union, riots would erupt in the Confederation, specifically in North Almaden. However, some rioters would be expelled by the government for treason with the rest voluntarily simply affirming to the new government.[citation needed]
The Confederation initially was going to be a sister state to Fulcrum, another nation which was ruled by Kaiser Charles, however a referendum in Fulcrum decided that the nation would be completely governed by the Empire of Ela'r'oech as a protectorate and colony. The Naw Confederation would then join the League of Elarian Nation States, also known as LENS, in order to 'merge' the militaries of Naw and Ela'r'oech.
The Confederation would grow among the Elarian populous, specifically among those who were active in the real world as opposed to those who were active in online-based activities.
Culture
The culture in the Naw is greatly influenced by Elarian culture. More nationalist and conservative groups, however, have made their stay in the Naw following Ela'r'oech's foreign affairs have grown to be more diverse. As such, Elarian is the proper official and most used language in the Naw and is actively encouraged by the government.
Due to the leading government coalition being co-opted by the Neo-Knights of Ela'r'oech - known in Naw as the Mevd Solhn Party - the nation has primarily used Elarian ethnic and racial theories to promote more anti-Pontunian sentiments, as well as pro-Nationalist and pro-Elarian beliefs. The nation also prides itself on what many government officials refer to as the 'Great Truth,' that being that the Empire of Ela'r'oech was much more influential in the fall of the USR and that the establishment of the Confederation of Naw has actively kept the successor to USR-allied states away from micronations and micronational circles as a whole.
Economy
The economy of the Naw is greatly at a disadvantage opposed to Ela'r'oech and its ETU member states. In the Confederation, many citizens pride themselves on their own hard laboring work. Researchers from Ela'r'oech concluded that the average Nawan works three hours a day specifically related to the Naw, as opposed to the average Elarian who may work around two hours a week.
However, Nawans generally earn more money for their work as opposed to Elarians, due to Nawans generally doing blue collar work while Elarians will focus on more white collar jobs and work. Interestingly, socialites from Ela'r'oech will often join the Naw in hopes of being given stricter labor and working hours, as Nawans generally make more than the average Elarian.
Territories
The Confederation has five main territories, those being Zeprana, North Almaden, South Almaden, Nogrod, and the disputed Taksovia territory. There are three classifications for a territory, those being 'High Territory' or 'Duusolhn,' 'Middle Territory' or 'Vunvsolhn,' and 'Lower Territory' or 'Solpsolhn.' Since April 2024, there have been no Solpsolhn in the Confederation.

Government and politics
The Kaiser has full authority in every state of the Confederation, although each state can also have a local government of its choosing led by a Governor. The Confederation also elects a Chancellor which mostly serves as the leader of all local governments.
There are a variety of parties in the Confederation. Currently, the two biggest parties - the Labour Party and the Conservative Party - lead a coalition government. The Labour-Tory coalition has led to multiple other parties growing a strong voterbase, such as the more extreme Mevd Sohln Party and the more moderate For A Better Naw.
