The Chief Justice of Atiera was the highest judge in the Kingdom of Atiera and was the head of the Supreme Court of Atiera. The Chief Justice was nominated by the monarch of Atiera and was appointed with the consent of Parliament.

History

The position was created following the passage of the August 2020 Constitution Act, although it remained vacant. The position was kept in the January 2021 Constitution and was finally filled on 7 February 2021, 180 days after it was created. It was dissolved along with the dissolution of Atiera on 25 August. The first and only holder of the office was Abrams Wiucki-Dunswed.
