Areas of Control within the territories of the Kingdom of Arlandica are classified into three: Area A, Area B, and Area C. The classification was created on April 14, 2024, after the enactment of Act of Parliament No. 13, officially titled "An Act to Establish Areas of Control and Extraterritoriality," which was introduced by Benz Gian Arellano and signed by King Jerold I. This law aims to establish areas of control and classify lands that are under the actual control of the Arlandican government. The Philippines is referred to as Arlandica's parent macronation.

Each area may comprise an entire territory or portions of territory within a province. Amendments to the mentioned law or separate laws may be implemented if a territory changes its classification.

Definitions

  • Area A – Refers to areas where both civil and security control are under the authority of the Arlandican government. These areas include private properties (subject to Philippine laws) and small pockets of land owned and controlled by Arlandican citizens, especially the Royal family. The Arlandican government has full effective control over Area A, including governance, law enforcement, and administration.
  • Area B – Refers to areas where civil control is shared between the Arlandican government and Philippine authorities, while security control is fully under the Philippine authorities. Arlandican law enforcement agencies, such as the Civil Guard, may exercise partial security control in the absence of Philippine authorities. The Arlandican government has a significant presence and may exercise partial control.
  • Area C – Refers to areas where both civil and security control are under the authority of the Philippine authorities. Arlandican and other micronational activities in these areas require permits from Philippine authorities. In Area C, while civil and security control are under the authority of the Philippine authorities, the Kingdom of Arlandica maintains its territorial claim. The presence of the Arlandican government may vary, whether they have significant presence or little to none.
