Melascoville City (Cebuano: Dakbayan sa Melascoville), commonly known as Yuson Compound, is a territory in Mainland Arlandica. It shares borders with Davao City to the west, north, and south, while Santo Niño City lies to the east. The territory is considered to be the Mainland's provincial capital and largest city of the entire Arlandica in terms of population.
Geography
A significant portion of the territory is generally flat, providing space for urban expansion and development. The southern and central areas bustle with neighborhoods. In contrast, the northern part of Melascoville City has lush rainforests.
Economy
Melascoville City serves as an economic center in the Mainland Arlandica, through its retail stores and reliance on imports. The territory's retail establishments, including local shops, contribute to a buying experience for both residents and visitors.
Despite its population and economy size, the territory is not considered the financial center of Arlandica; that title is held by Lémarita's Rio Santiago City. There are no state institutions situated in the territory.
Infrastructure
Melascoville City is recognized as one of the most urbanized areas in Arlandica, primarily consisting of residential areas.
Despite the modernity and urban development, certain roads in the area are predominantly unpaved. Nevertheless, these roads remain accessible to various vehicles. Highway 9 serves as the main road.
