Valeriano Anibarro is the current and third Secretary of State for the Commonwealth of Dracul. He is the first Dracul citizen to receive the Citation of the Gold Dragon.
On 14 March 2018, Anibarro became a citizen of the Commonwealth of Dracul with Founder Dmitri Howie and Stephen Luke. The goal was to create a micronation, that excelled in all areas of government, as well as freedom.
Micronational career
Anibarro began his micronational career with Dracul, starting off small in Parliament, then working his way up to the Secretary of State. Throughout the course of his work, Anibarro was able to establish more than 30 treaties with other micronations.
Military
Anibarro joined the Dracul Air Patrol in 2019, assigned to the 1st Special Ops Wing.
