Admiral Dmitri Howie was the 1st President of the Commonwealth of Dracul and the first and current Surgeon General of Dracul. On 25 September 2017, Howie helped establish the Commonwealth of Dracul with Founder Stephen Luke and Co-founder Mark Millner. The goal was to create a micronation, that excelled in all areas of government, as well as freedom.
Early life
Dmitri Howie was born on 1 December 1992 in the City of Moscow, Russia as the 1st child. Howie eventually moved to Scotland with his mother, where the majority of his upbringing took place. During his college years, he studied at a medical university to become a Pathologist.
Micronational career
Howie began his interest in Micronations in 2017, while watching YouTube Videos and reading forums. It wasn't until the end of 2017 when Stephen Luke proposed to Howie, about the idea of creating their own micronation.
Personal life
Outside of micronationalism, Howie spends most of his time working in the computer tech industry, as well as devoting time to nonprofit organizations.
