The Roscami Government in Exile was a democratic government in exile, which dedicated itself to the peaceful and democratic return of Thomas Jacobs. The National Council serves as the legislature, itself a democratically elected body. It scrutinises the President of the Government in Exile, the head of the Government in Exile. The Government in Exile was recognised by Fontasia and Scynja as the de jure government of Roscamistan.

It had informal relations with the South Galwegians, the Empire of Östruck, and others.
