The Vice President of the Republic of Arcadia (VPOA) is the second highest office of the executive branch, and second in command to the president. When in office, the Vice President is also the president of the general assembly, and holds a seat in the assembly. The Vice President, along with other members of the executive branch, are chosen by the president.
The office has existed under many names, such as the Chief of Staff, and the Prime minister. Although the office was originally a power post and the head of government, the office has taken a advisory role to the president
History
The position of the Vice President was originally known as the Chief of Staff, the Chief of staff was the Co-Head of Government. The position was tasked with overseeing the government and legislative branch. The position was reformed in may to the Prime minister of Arcadia. The prime minister was originally a powerful position and the head of government, however overtime the position grew into an advisory role to the president. In September, the position was renamed the vice president, along with a new constitution abolishing the Semi-Presidential system. The vice president also became the president of the general assembly, which the legislative branch of Arcadias government.

- Assuming the powers of the president in case of vacancy
- Chairing the General Assembly
Deputy
The Deputy of the Vice President is known as the Vice vice president. The role was created and requested by Henry Vireyica, who now holds the office.
