The Prime Minister of West Sayville is the head of government of the Kingdom of West Sayville.

Many of the earlier Prime Ministers during the foundations of the micronation were appointed rather than elected. Information regarding ministerial elections during the Transitional Era of the Commonwealth of Sayvillian Regions has been lost.
