The Tsardom of Kaltarsia was founded on 1 March 2023 and is situated in the Kolniari Sector. The Tsardom of Kaltarsia is the sole legal successor of the Sprinske Republic. The nation has existed in one form or another since 2017. The current leader of Kaltarsia is Tsar Aaron I who was also the first emperor of the Sprinske Empire from 30 October 2020 to 12 January 2023, then from 24 August 2023 onwards.

The Tsardom of Kaltarsia is a micronation in the Kolniari Sector which declared independence from the Grand Kolniaric Union on 1 March 2023. It was founded by Emperor Emeritus Aaron I of Sprinske, who reigned as Emperor of the Sprinske Empire from 30 October 2020 to 12 January 2023 after the new ‘Emperor Blair I’ who was just a discord alt of Zachary Stewart, the main enemy of Aaron I, who tried to make the Sprinske Empire part of Free Scotland. The Tsardom of Kaltarsia is the legal successor to the Sprinske Empire and Sprinske Republic and Aaron I now reigns as Tsar of Kaltarsia.
