The Ministry of Defence, is a government agency in New Europe, headed by the Minister of Defence as a member of the Cabinet of New Europe.
According to Article 18 of the New European Constitution, the Minister of Defence has executive authority within the ministry, it also is in chargee of organizing the imperial armed forces. In a time of war or an emergency in which military force is needed the Minister of Defense is responcible directly to the monarch who is the commander-in-chief.
