Kiryat Bialik is a district located in the Islamic Emirate of Acre. It is Acre's largest district by area, and the second largest by population. It encompasses most of Haifa's eastern suburbs, many of which are considered cities in their own right. This includes the district's namesake, Kiryat Bialik, alongside Kiryat Yam, Kiryat Motzkin, Kfar Bialik, and Kiryat Ata. The district is almost entirely comprised of Israeli Jews, as well as a sizeable population of Russian-speaking Israelis.
Constituencies
Electoral politics in Kiryat Bialik is dominated by the Conservative Party, though a number of other parties win some seats too. The Labor Zionist Party dominates the working-class part of Kiryat Bialik surrounding Haifa Airport. The Movement for the Homeland performs well in Kiryat Yam due to its large Russian-speaking population. The Liberal Union is also competitive in Kiryat Ata and the city of Kiryat Bialik itself, though in recent elections has lost out to the Conservatives.
