Hof HaCarmel is a district located in the Islamic Emirate of Acre. It is the second smallest district by population (behind only Old Acre), and the third smallest by area (behind Old Acre and Nesher). Hof HaCarmel is located to the west of Haifa, and is named after the Haifa Hof HaCarmel railway station.
Constituencies
Hof HaCarmel contains just one constituency of the same name. Much of the northern part of the district however is represented by a second constituency named Neve David. For organisational reasons however, Neve David is considered a Haifan constituency. In the February 2020 general election Hof HaCarmel elected a Movement for the Homeland MP, but since the October 2020 general election has been represented by a member of the Conservative Party. Neve David has elected a member of the Labor Zionist Party since Acre's creation.
