Julio Dietrich, officially Sergeant Julio Dietrich was the party president and leader of the National Right Alliance Party. Described as an Arstotzkan nationalist and militarist, Julio believed in a stronger People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union and a stronger presence of the Arstotzkan Union in the Tauranga Micronational Area.
Julio's right-wing policies have made him a concern to his comrades in the Executive Committee with him erupting into violent speeches about how the current Second Brinkman - Gedye Administration is weak in the eyes of other stronger micronations like the Empire of Him and the Ward Empire.
On 3 January 2023, Srgt. Dietrich was arrested after intelligence gathered from the State Committee for National Security and Intelligence showed that he was the mastermind behind a plot to overthrow the Arstotzkan Federal Government and attack the Government Buildings in Gollandiya Capitol Territory. The event became known as the January 2023 Coup Attempt.
