The Right Honourable General Sir Gregory Watts KG CBE MM MP (born 2003) is a senior army officer, former Baustralian statesman, and former naval warrant officer. He held the position of Baustralian Armed Forces Chief warrant officer, later, Baustralian chief petty officer and Baustralian sergeant major, as well as Provost Marshal (Army) and Commander-in-Chief, Land Forces.

Political career

Joining the Baustralian Parliament in 2018 under the premiership of John Timpson, he was made Member of Parliament for Holderton-East and Secretary of State for Ostreum. He held this position until the Worker's Party took control of the Parliament, and took up the position after the resignation of the party. He held this position before being succeeded by Ella Parker and taking up the position of Secretary of State for Justice. He was the longest-serving Speaker of the House of Commons before being succeeded by Ezekiel Ensor since 12 November 2024.

Military career

Joining His Royal Navy in 2019, he took the position of Baustralian Armed Forces Chief warrant officer, and held the rank of Chief petty officer, 1st class (now Warrant officer). He was made a CPO1 almost immediately due to his experience as a member of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets, then ranking Warrant officer, 2nd class. He transferred to the Baustralian Army and was later promoted to Colonel to serve as Provost Marshal (Army). When the Baustralian Army was able to appoint a Commander-in-Chief, Land Forces, he was selected and promoted to Lieutenant general. In 2022, he succeeded Lord Greystone as Chief of the General Staff. He was succeded by Emily Day in November that year.
