The Germanic Cat language is a dialect of the Cat language meant for human-to-human communication. Since Cat words wouldn't be enough to have a normal human-to-human conversion, Matthew Burklandssen decided that using what he called the "Navajo Code effect," which is creating words by using words that are close to the meaning of the new word (e.g. in the Navajo Code, sailor literally meant white caps). The language was supported by feline nationalist Leroy Santiago.
