Hesminia, officially known as the United Kingdom of Hesminia is a Micronation with territorial claims over parts in the Philippines and outside within the International Forign land. Hesminia land claims is based on legal ownership instead of defacto claims like must Micronations across the world, the property owned by the royal family is considered to be a province while non family members are considered to be regions or vassals. Hesminia is known before as Principality of Haje in 2013 during the first reign of Prince Xiaen which is also the founder of this micronation under the Panes Dynasty for six months until the transition of power came after the Prince was expelled from power then the path of authority was paved in the reign of the Jamotillo Dynasty, Queen Crystal the fairest was crowned Queen by the support of few lords beyond sponsorship by the Baron's, then during her reign her court ended the absolute monarchy and change into a constitutional monarchy, they also changed the name of the nation into the Kingdom of San Fernando in 2014, .then after two years of reign Queen Crystal abdicated then Sun harvey becomes king and paved the way to the Pamulag Dynasty and king sun later becomes the first Emperor in which he united multiple micronations under his reign and proclaim as Emperor Sun Harvey the first Emperor of the mighty empire of san fernando, after a period of golden rays the age of dark stone came which also marks the end of Emperor Sun Harvey's reign after he abdicated from power on 2018 due to his health, the empires province were rift to different micronation which this period is known as the great collapse due to multiple micronation's later were dissolves, the power and throne was restored to Prince Xiaen and the return of the Panes Dynasty. Struggle of Principality of Southern Esteria to repair what was broken by the predecessors, COVID pandemic affected the world including Esteria struggle to repair the old traditional Micronation into greatness and adapt the modern world with modern technologies, Esteria gain access to the world of social media entering the precense of the Micronation Community, Esteria was discovered by the Prime minister of Kingdom of Curimae Mr. Genesis Covrera, Esteria later on created a Union treaty with Republic of Scarlataria, Uniting also the Principality of Yuan into the Union, thus Hesminia was born carved by two leaders joining together represent the community. Hesminia became a known name in the modern world of Philippine Micronation World community, carving the path to greatness and learning new ideas and knowledge with other Micronations like Balzi, Arlandica, Curimae, Vilasia, Monzen, Presmonia, Galrea, Blazetopia and so on, Hesminia role in the community shows perseverance to uphold unity and equality for Micronations, after the concept of categorization was a threat to unity and peace in the community promoted by a prominent association in the community of the Philippine Micronation Community, AMPI it was a challenge for ATO during that time, ATO welcome everyone to its community with strong upholding principles about acceptance and unity trough all ideologies, Hesminia play also a crucial role supporting the organization's stance and principles, Hesminia development and learning came from the organization that helped establishment of the Empire and modernization of Hesminia, Hesminia focused on internal repair and forign relations and promoting ATO as a welcoming organization, Hesminia left ATO on December 23 2023 with less anticipation due to the inactivity of the organization and issues with various other Micronations leaving the Organization for 3 years of adventuring to the organization that aided our journey. Hesminia left alone to fed itself for progress in local culture, agriculture, foraging, literature, government, diplomacy, later progress to the stage of cultural enlightenment. Hesminia had it's first Hesminian Crown Dependencies the Lakanate of Venthony serving as Hesminia's closest ally in Luzon during the reign of Rechise Mapa serving as Hesminia's strongest ally and true follower of Monarchy, later on many Micronations joined in like Vista, Ravenia, Aquila, Cloud Empire and Saen. later on Hesminia establish the Commonwealth of Nations serving as a organization for progress and connective path for Micronations, later on became a dominant player in the global community reaching 70 Micronations joining the Commonwealth, it was the largest Micronation Commonwealth established in 21st Century marking its progress as one of the fastest growing community. Hesminia is also a Regional Power in the area.

The Government of Hesminia is a Parliamentary, Absolute Monarchy and is divided into 3 branches, each having their own set of responsibilities and tasks. Those branches are:

•Royal Court -Office of the Monarch of the United Kingdom of Hesminia -

Executive Branch of the Government, the Monarch is considered the most important person in the country, as well as "face" of the nation abroad. The role of the Monarch's is to represent the nation interests and govern the nation with the help of 2 remaining branches. Second task of the Monarch is to review bills and laws passed by the Assembly, in which the President can either pass the bill or veto it.

-Cabinet of Prime Minister of Hesminia- Integral part of the Prime Minister Office, consisting of government ministers and Government staff.

•House pf Nobility

Grand National Assembly - Legislative Branch of the Government, the role of the Assembly is creation of nation's laws by passing bills, and providing the necessary checks and balances the power between all three branches of Government.

• Prime minister - The Prime Minister is the leader of His/Her Majesty’s Government and is ultimately responsible for the policy, Forign relations, internal representative of the monarchy in the government and Forign guess. Prime Minister is elected from the Political Parties that won the requirements of threshold votes. In Hesminia first political election was for the Political Parties to meet the 3 percent requirements to have a seat in House of Folks, if a political party has won the political parties election it's time to elect the Prime minister.

As leader of the government the Prime Minister also:

In contrast to the House of Folks, membership of the House of Nobility is not generally acquired by election. Most members are appointed for life, on either a political or non-political basis. Hereditary membership was removed from the new constitution of Hesminia also known as The Imperial Code of Hesminia.

•Regional Nobilities : we're regional rulers through owning their lands as part of the government of Hesminia but under the authority of the owners therefore acquiring the status as Noble's or Regional Nobilities, its hereditary. Regional Nobilities are not often active in politics sometimes the votes fall in Supreme Justices.

•Non-Heridetary Nobles: Members of the Nobilities that we're chosen as a member of the House of Nobility by not acquiring its status from converting it's lands into part of the Empire, by the process of Monarch's approval of membership through Knighthood / Damehood or giving status of lower Barons and to the highest Duke / Duchess. it's not hereditary since Non-Hereditary Nobles acquired its status from not converting one of its lands into part of the Empire as requirements under the Hesminian Imperial Code ( Constitution ). votes of Non-Hereditary nobles are limited, they can't vote for changes in the constitution, votes are only eligible in passing bills and request by the lower house of folks.

Upon the first establishment of the nation on June 20, 2013, it was declared by its founder as an Absolute Monarchy state, with Prince Xiaen of San Fernando serving as both the head of state and government. During this period, the title of Baron was commonly used among the nobility during the reign of the prince. Following the Coup of the Barons of Winter Solstice, the five esteemed Barons - Lord Palot Baron of Ashtire, Kenneth Baron of Slowland, Patrick Baron of Arteria, Liyan Baron of Xin, and Tata Baron of Clogstire - came together to establish a new form of government in Haje. ANARCHY ( AGREEMENT OF ANGELICAN TRIUMPH) Order has no place in these lands there is only Anarchy After Queen Crystal abdicated on April 20, 2015, and departed the mainland of San Fernando on April 21, 2015, the Constitutional Court found itself in a state of panic as to who would succeed the former monarch. Amid this chaos, all five former Barons controversially voted themselves as potential replacements for the throne, leading to a power struggle within the court. Witnessing this dispute, members of the government felt compelled to intervene in order to restore stability to the Kingdom of San Fernando.As anarchy began to rule over the kingdom, the escalating situation prompted all members of the court to abandon their positions and establish their own independent nations. However, amidst this chaos, three individuals from the former court, namely Arbin, Palot, and Tata, took an unprecedented step on May 1 by jointly signing the AGREEMENT OF AGELICAN TRIUMPH. This action temporarily allowed for unrestricted freedom for all individuals within the kingdom for a period of five months, during which no laws were enforced and all forms of activity were technically permissible range in Adeline Forest and into the Yuan Glade which this areas were a place of anarchy no one respect's no one. This interim measure was put in place until a definitive resolution could be reached by all members of the old court.

History

Officially known as the United Kingdom of Hesminia is a Micronation with territorial claims over parts in the Philippines and outside of the Philippines.

Haje Principality (2013-2013) Main article: Xiaen/Xia Dynasty

In 2013 June 20th, the Haje Principality was established following the order of its first capital Castle Cadete, San Fernando, which was renamed Xenon then xeneria. The country was governed as a monarchy under the Panes family, an influential family. At the time of its founding, it was lead by Prince Xin Pane, who was described as a Nature man, despite his failure campaign to stabilize Colonial territories. During his reign, many of local people gained cultural experience, unheard of at the time.

The country was primarily populated by most male citizens, and thus the realm was known colloquially as , though officially Malerium, it was the Xia Aristocracy that take root. Following the War of the Colonial Folly's, the Kingdom of Avalem invaded Hajer Colonies. The war led to an alliance and political support with the Kingdom of Patoria, via the alliance of King Patrick of Patilium and Prince Xiaen and Chieftan Yuan of Yin. Most of Patorians (except east Patoria which became the region of Esteria) eventually left the alliance following the move of Prince Yuan of yin of Principality of Yuan in 2014 due to family troubles.

The country did not participate in the colonial race that swamped Artesia, Galaxius, Xina and Maldony, which weakened the country's status as a regional power to rivals such as the Kingdom of Las Scarlata and the Kingdom of Tantalus. Around the same time, the Month of Revolutions had ignited in the Kingdom of Tantalus, inspiring many disgruntled with their monarchies. In Haje, five barons disgusted with the Xiaen's rule as he loses five colonial territories in the East and South to the rising power of Kingdom of Avalem; giving birth to Baron's nationalism and a desire to free itself from absolute rule.

During this period, the title of Baron was commonly used among the nobility during the reign of the prince. However, this system was short-lived, as it fell to the Barron's Coup of Winter Solstice of December 22 2013 within a year of its inception the government soon after was weakened by the baron's who were the only official's of the Principality that time.

The Barron's Coup saw five influential Barons rebel against Prince Xiaen's authority, leading to his removal from power. Subsequently, these rebellious Barons pledged their allegiance to the Prince's Cousin, Lady Crystal, who ascended to the throne as the new monarch. This marked the end of the absolute monarchy in the nation, signaling a transition towards a more uncharted form of government.

KINGDOM OF SAN FERNANDO (2014-2015)

Following the Coup of the Barons of Winter Solstice, the five esteemed Barons - Lord Palot Baron of Ashtire, Kenneth Baron of Slowland, Patrick Baron of Arteria, Liyan Baron of Xin, and Tata Baron of Clogstire - came together to establish a new form of government in Hesminia. This new system saw the monarch take on a ceremonial role, relinquishing significant power to the people and a constitutional assembly. On Jan 2 2014 The signing of the Arms of the Barons (Armas ng mga Barons) marked a pivotal moment in the nation's history, symbolizing their Declaration of Independence from absolute rule and embracing a more democratic and constitutional approach to governance.

The establishment of this Constitutional government represented a fundamental shift towards prohibiting the absolute authority of the monarch and empowering the constitutional assembly to wield greater influence.

1.redefining the monarch as a symbolic figure rather than the head of the government.

2.The Barons will execute as a political representative of the monarch within this government as the head of the government also known as the Prime Minister. 3.The Monarch shall no longer have any political power nor ability to interven within the political affairs of the Constitutional Assembly.

4.The bodies of the government shall have 3 houses, House of Makawa the lowest among the government the workers, other races and representative of the people, House of Constitution the elites of the government the executive, legislative, judiciary branch of the government and House of Royal where the monarch shall have nothing but to observe and grant the power to veto or sign bills into law's ( mostly intercepted by the House of Constitution )

5.The nation shall be known as the Kingdom of San Fernando, government shall be constitutional Monarchy, Head of state shall be Queen Crustal of Dynasty of Jam.

6. Abolishment of Haje titles this includes the Baron's old title.

The Kingdom of San Fernando nation-state was established following the coronation of Queen Crystal in which she was proclaimed by the five baron's and the first female monarch of the Kingdom's History in 2014 Jan 20 with hirself as Queen. The Queen promoted a identity of Colonial Power, one based in nationalism and a proud cultural tradition. One of the San Fernando's Royal order first feats was the conquest of Eastern Colony of Pinria(the present day region of Avaritia) from the Kingdom of Avalem.

The Avalian people, who had inhabited the area of Egordom near the border of Pinria for generation's, were neutral to the Fernandish families. However, they were treated poorly by their new neighbors diento the fact; being subjected to unrest hatred, non-apologitic acceptance for over a broken glass of bottle, and the suppression of the recognition of a loses state. In contrast, the Avaritian people were treated well and were even given more privileges than the Avalians, so long as they assimilate into the Fernando's culture — Those who assimilated are now known as Avartis.

However, Queen Crystal began losing popularity due to many unpopular decisions by her government that she tried to maintain trough her reforms and projects but the fault of her government by the Constitutional Assembly failed to deliver the promise of colonial surrender of San Martin towards Tantalus territories which were taken by the Royal order in secret and the fact that she failed to give a heir clarification towards the public. A Anarchist movement inspired by the revolutions ideas of no state rules soon rose to national prominence. Led by the Anarchist state supporter Romel Marti a thief, liar and scandalous individual that suppress the idea of Royal rule during his time , the Peaceful Anarchist movement grew in popularity and by Ethan P, on March 11 2015 the Anarco Mud War begun by the Anarchist of the East led by Ken-Ken vs the Royal Order of Western hill ground led by Prince Xiaen it had fractured the monarchy's support by losing the San martin Region. On March 15 2015 battle Glass of Wreckage begun ending the claim of the Kingdom of San Fernando to the Region of Southern Regions of Esteria and leaving esteria under the care of the Anarchist, On April 20, 2015, Queen Crystal left the throne vacant and disappeared from the royal palace residential area on April 21 2015 leaving her footprint in history as one of who expanded the cultural traditions of modern day Hesminia.

FIVE MONTHS OF ANARCHY ( AGREEMENT OF ANGELICAN TRIUMPH)

After Queen Crystal abdicated on April 20, 2015, and departed the mainland of San Fernando on April 21, 2015, the Constitutional Court found itself in a state of panic as to who would succeed the former monarch. Amid this chaos, all five former Barons controversially voted themselves as potential replacements for the throne, leading to a power struggle within the court. Witnessing this dispute, members of the government felt compelled to intervene in order to restore stability to the Kingdom of San Fernando.

As anarchy began to rule over the kingdom, the escalating situation prompted all members of the court to abandon their positions and establish their own independent nations. This period of turmoil persisted for five months without any legitimate government in place. However, amidst this chaos, three individuals from the former court, namely Palot, Arbin, and Tata of Ethan, took an unprecedented step on May 1 by jointly signing the AGREEMENT OF AGELICAN TRIUMPH. This action temporarily allowed for unrestricted freedom for all individuals within the kingdom for aive months, during which no laws were enforced and all forms of activity were technically permissible range in Adeline Forest and into the Yuan Glade which were a place of anarchy no one respect's no one. This interim measure was put in place until a definitive resolution could be reached by all members of the old court.

During the Five Months of Anarchy micronations were born temporarily Kingdom of San Martin ruled by Zymon of Pilian, Chiefdom of Patoria by High Chief Patrick ( Kingdom of Patoria was dissolved after Avalem took their own Important regions in the south ) Kingdom of Jalaur by King Terrence of Alsira, government operated as a totalitarian dictatorship and police state with society under operation of the Council of the Eye under the protection of the Guardian's Council, particularly in the Capitol of White House, Yuan. The outlying districts of the Clan Games were subservient to the Capitol, expected to provide services in exchange for protection given by the Capitol's judicial order under the Angelican Agreement of Peacekeepers, largely to the detriment of the Clan war's populace. This unequal relationship was brutally enforced for several months, culminating in a civil war known as the First Clan war, led by Serpent clan, high Chief Lhenard, Dark Lotus Clan supported by Prince Xiaen under the care Palot of Ying, Dragon Clan supported by Schey under his leadership and Wolfbanes clan under the care of Patrick of Patoria.

Hesminia is divided into two geographical Areas, The mainland Hesminia and Overseas, Mainland Hesminia is considered the Central Power of the Kingdom and the Empire since 2013, it consist of Four Province of the Kingdom, Xeneria, Esteria, Scarlataria and Yukland.

The Watcher is a Hesminian newspaper that was founded in 2019 September 20 by His Imperial Majesty Emperor Xiaen, was a controversial newspaper site that focused on sensitive information and was launched as a broadsheet morning paper available only at the capital and Provinces of Scarlataria, Yukland and Avaritia, and in 2020 it changed to a Virtual Newspaper site however the plan was abolished due to controversy. However the Newspaper sites was closed on 2020 January 5 after the last printed edition was published in 2020 January 2.

Westour named after the film studio that was originally called Modern Media (the network's corporate sibling prior to that studio's acquisition by The Hesminia Times and Eye witness) and (indirectly) after the producers lost its contract with Hesminia, who had founded one of the film studio's predecessors, Westour News Times, before it was merged with Eye witness but the plan was called off due to new ownership under the hands of Ms Cyra Panizales, the Westour News Times was partially Owned by the Government and partially Owned by Private Owners.
