Xeniria (Capital Province): The Royal Capital Province of Xeneria is the capital and the administrative heart of the monarchy. It is the political, economic, and cultural center of the country.The capital is recognized by the grand government buildings like the Cadete Palace, the Iron Store, Pink Walls, and the Ancestral Red Gate. It houses many prestigious books that were kept by the royal family for generations. However, it is not the idyllic paradise many make it out to be, as evidenced by its strict policy against outsiders due to multiple thievery events.But, in every last way, and to the most minute of details, it mimics Xeneria as a whole. It is a fitting capital for the nation, and truly the pride of all People.

As the seat of government for the highly centralized Empire of Hesminia and the residential area of the Royal family, it is obviously a vital region for the nation; indeed, its critical nature is epitomized in its position as the heart of Hesminia. Commanding immense strategic value, control of the city effectively translates to control of the state, as was made brutally clear during the Coup of Winter Solstice and Civil War.

While Xeneria boasts huge Economic support for the royal family and the lands under the royal family's private property, it comes at great cost; the Region is plagued by its dark history and hidden from the public. The loss of the region would be catastrophic for any government, and it is in the royal family's best interest to keep a grip on the capital firm.

Province of Esteria is known in four things. The famous sacred forest, the shrines, the garden of Firecracker flowers the national flower of the nation and the Crusandran animal cemetery. While most of Esterian areas boasts of a forest culture, the area of Eritia is darest to contrast that with its emphasis on wildlife, foraging, and nature. The famous Esterian Poem's are known to be one of the best poems in the province.The old Capital of the Principality of Southern Esteria the Aetria centre has landmarks from the Empirical era. Aetria are more lively compared to other provinces but it has a large portion of Firecracker flowers in the Empire that brought seeds by birds from farthest land.

Province of Yukland: Yuan the white house capital of the previous nation of Principality of Yuan. It is famous for the Brown Pond, which hold's the waters from mountain areas during rainfall and keeping the area for plantation of river spinach or known locally as Kamoting dahon it serves as a ingredients to many local dishes in the area. Thanks to the irrigation system program of Emperor Xiaen which protect's many Province's during rainfall water from coming down the Avalem hills, the pond is always has a very medium water level during rainfall enough to fill a swimming pool. However the province is also home to a dark past of the Royal family of Yuan relocating their own family away from the area. The area of Napoli, Yukland is where the Brown Pond was dacurrently stand today is said to have been a Anarchist camp during the time of the five month of Anarchy. In order Napoli to be a thriving Provinces the royal family members from Principality of Hillside resides in Yukland to pursue business opportunities in the area but it only last 3 years after the family left the Province and returned to Hillside to establish their very own home. Certain rumours still circulate about the secret society that oppress the Kingdom of San Fernando during the reign of Queen Crystal that happened here which nicknaming the province as Secretive Province of the West by the previous followers of the Downing Order.

Province of Scarlataria Regional area the Heaven Palace barely gained Regional Capital status in 2022. Mainly due to the low capabilities to handle its environmental areas in comparison to other smaller regions. If the Province has anybody to thank it is the tourists who often visit the famous area of the Bayot's Computer Shop site at the edge of the province itself. It provides the locals great economic opportunity. Many used their Peso-net wifi and usage of computer property to make a lot of money. The Province is also very special because it can see the support of internet connections to the Provinces of Avaritia, Esteria, Yukland, and Xeneria the capital of the Empire, and its exemption that can provide that except for Central Forest of Adeline. Province of Avaritia: In the Province of Avaritia, the Province Capital of Avaritia the Tantalusini at the border to the old territories of Avalem at the South border. It is the only Hesminian Province Capital that contains small immigrant families that manage the province of Avaritia. The southern tip of the forest of Adeline begins at the province of Esteria passes the Province of Scarlataria then reaches the eastern end border of Avartia it was known as the Dark Forest of the Province and stretches all the way to Yukland before, but due to the logging of mahogany woods for fuel in residential homes for yukland, Xeneria, and Scarlataria, the areas of Esteria losses 1/2 of its mahogany tree's and open for foraging, gardening project'same goes to Yukland, Rumour has it that a forest something appears during at night time when the forest is dark as the night a creature or being follow's anyone who ever walks's within the Adeline Forest at night, some may feel a presence of someone or something following them or watching them behind the shadows, The local's call's it Pananago meaning Hider is a very mysterious creature that inhabits the Forest. but residents say the claim is pure fantasy.
