The 3rd Session of the Arstotzkan Federal Congress was a session of the upper house of the Federal Assembly of the Arstotzkan Union. The session began on 5 January 2023 and dissolved on 30 December 2023.

The Arstotzkan Social Liberal Democratic Party held all seats in the Arstotzkan Federal Congress and First President Ethan Brinkman is the Chairman Speaker. The 3rd Session was the first session since 2020 where a single party holds majority in the Arstotzkan Federal Government.
