An Act to adopt the principles and rules of the Montevideo Convention 1933 and other such conventions that allow for the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union to be recognized as a legitimate state through the declaratory theory of statehood. This Act shall also enforce that the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union possess all the necessary factors of a recognizable state.

The Montevideo Convention Adoption Act 2023 is an Act of Assembly that declares that the Arstotzkan Union adopts the principles of the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States. It is the newest act of Assembly that has become part of the Constitutional Framework of the Arstotzkan Union and extends the powers of Section 1 of the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union as well as any other laws the Arstotzkan Union has that grants it it's independence, e.g. the Declaration of Independence, Sovereignty and Freedom.
