Section 1 of the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union
Section 1 of the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union or officially; Establishment of the nation-state of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union forms the articles of the Constitution that creates the Arstotzkan Union. Since the Constitutional Reform on 28 October 2022, it has become one of the most important sections of the Constitution.
Section 1's powers were extended by the Montevideo Convention Adoption Act 2023 in May 2023. This adopted the declaratory theory of statehood and also established that the Arstotzkan Union has the necessary factors to becoming a independent nation.

Contents
Article 1:
The Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union is a completely sovereign and independent state, to which our sovereignty shall extend to all claimed land and territories that make up our united republic.
Article 2:
This republic must be that of a unified coalition of individuals, under the freedoms of this constitution and the philosophy of Arstotzkanism. Under no circumstances shall any piece of this republic be governed by a foreign individual, a separate state and/or nation.
Article 3:
The names for this republic:
- The Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union;
- Arstotzkan Union;
- Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union;
Are all names that are approved as the official names of this republic by the Arstotzkan Federal Government.
Article 4:
State Federalism shall be in place of this government by this Constitution to allow for the governing of the Unified State of the Arstotzkan Union Proper and the United Territories of the Greater Arstotzkan Union.
