8 Union Dr or the Presidential Residence of the First President of the Arstotzkan Union is the official work place and residence of the First President of the Arstotzkan Union. It is located at 8 Union Dr, Unitya, Gollandiya Capitol Territory, Rangitaiki, Arstotzkan Union. It has been the residence of the First President since 27 December 2019. Among other names, 8 Union Dr is also known as the Presidential Residence and Black House, in reference to the White House in the United States.

The building itself was constructed in and finished in 1974 with the first family moved in to the house in 2007. It would many more years before the home became on of the most important sites in the Arstotzkan Federal Government.

The present day building is home to many of the Arstotzkan Federal Government and People's Armed Forces important sites, these include the People's Armed Forces Base: Vulcan, the Arstotzkan Union International Command Centre, Arstotzkan Naval Marine Training Site and Gollandiya Capitol Territory Naval Port.
