Torostar, officially County of Torostar, is the second smallest administrative division in Slitronia. It shares the ranking for the lowest population with the Territory of Kasari Islands, both having a total poulation of 0.
Etymology
The name Torostar has come from the assumed pronouncation of a village named Toruestæuæræ, which was located at the location where present day Kadrina, the Estonian borough which enclaves Torostar, is located.[1]

Torostar was founded on 16 March 2021.
