Thoclus P. Kyle also known as Thoclus Kyle (born 13 January 2004) is a South Korean Micronationalist and the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Corollia who also served as the second Federal President and Chairman of Select Board of Avenska. He is currently serving as the Prime Minister of Istria.
Personal life
Thoclus Kyle was born on 13 January 2004 in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea.
He had an enjoyable childhood, and in elementary school, He was so outstanding in leadership that he took on the role of vice president at the age of 10 and class president at the age of 13.
When he was in the first year of middle school, He formed a small company group at school and led 63 friends, and in high school, he took on the role of club president and group leader, nurturing continuous leadership.
He is currently in his third year of high school and is preparing for college entrance exams before graduating next year.
Micronational life
Kyle first entered Micronation in February 2018 and founded the Kingdom of Borsia for the first time. After that, he joined Korean Micronation and engaged in various activities, mainly through chat rooms.
Then, at the end of 2019, he first made contact with foreign micronations through Discord, meeting leaders such as the early Vishwamitra and the now defunct Alaurentia, running the then Grand Duchy of Alteria.
After that, in 2020, he was active in founding the Free State of Florensia, which can be said to be the beginning of his controversy, but he was criticized for his many country changes and loss of trust.
The countries he founded include United Empire of Kumandria, Commonwealth of Belkazium, Empire of Veritas, and Empire of Einesraum, Kingdom of Crosentia.
After being heavily criticized, he admitted his mistake and served as Vice President at Obscurium briefly at the end of 2021 before meeting Vurmond at the end of 2021 and taking over the management rights, running the Principality of Vurmond diligently until mid-March 2022. , now transfer the operating rights to the founder again due to personal circumstances.
After that, he entered Corollia in April 2022 and has been working as Minister of Foreign Affairs.
On 1 June 2022, he officially resigned from all Grand Duchy of Corollia positions and announced that he would work for the Federal Republic of Avenska.
At the end of June 2022, he saw the two Prime Ministers of the Kingdom of Istria resign one after another and volunteered to become Prime Minister. Afterwards, the Federal Republic of Avenska delegated the presidency to the capable "John Furban Richard" and decided to remain Director of the Select Board.
