The Supreme Federal Court of the Arstotzkan Union is the highest court in the federal judiciary of the Arstotzkan Union. It is also responsible for being the highest court in the Judicial Branch of the Arstotzkan Federal Government. The Supreme Federal Court is one of the least active branches of Government in the Arstotzkan Union with it only having performed two actions, the first being the approval of Operation: Foreign Destruction the second being the landmark case of Confederacy v. Arstotzkan Union.

History

On November 26, 2020, the National Court of the Arstotzkan Union was reformed into the Supreme Federal Court of the Arstotzkan Union, and Head Judge, Ethan Brinkman became the Chief Justice in the Court, allowing him to solely approve the decision on Operation: Foreign Destruction. This action contributed to Ethan's fall from Presidency in January 2021 during the heat of the Arstotzkan - Confederate War.

In 2022 however, the Chief Justice announced that the Supreme Federal Court will be responsible for the prosecution of the trial of those responsible for beginning the Arstotzkan Wars (2019-2020). Following the establishment of the State Committee for National Security and Intelligence, the Chairman announced that no one would be liable to punishment's due to the multiple factors that relate to the beginning of the Arstotzkan Wars.

Cases

For much of the history of the Supreme Federal Court, no cases were observed except for a case recently brought forward by a legal team from the CDG in 2022. This kickstarted the use of the Federal Judiciary more in the Federal Government.
