The Springtoner Republic of Kaiserton (German: Springtoner Republik von Kaiserton; abbreviated as "SRVK" or "SRK") is a state that declared independence from the Grand Principality of Arcadia on 12 June 2022. Kaiserton is the successor state of the Kaiserreich of Springton, located within the Philadelphia region.
Etymology
The origins of the name come from name the local township called the Springfield Township, PA. The name also comes from the Springton Reservoir, a nearby reservoir that the nation borders.
History
On 25 February 2020 The nation is founded and declares Independence from the United States of America with Liam MacKenzie as Chancellor. On 27 February 2020, Liam MacKenzie was Deposed as Chancellor due to abuse of power, Mathijs von Bingen becomes Chancellor. On 28 February 2020, Mathijs is deposed, Daen Guut Becomes the Chancellor. On 20 May 2020, The Kaiserreich of Springton joins the Micronational Assembly as a member state. The State of Birnam Wood is created on May 21 2020. On 5 June 2020, the State of Birnam Wood is renamed East Springton. The states of New Prussia and South Ridley are Created. On 30 June 2020 at 16:00 EST, Mathijs von Bingen abdicates the throne and leaves the nation, and The Springton Civil War was caused by the resignation of Kaiser Mathijs von Bingen and lasted from the 30th June 2020 until the 5th July. At 16:00 EST, 30 June 2020, Mathijs resigned as Kaiser, and on the 4th July, 2020, Mathijs was banished from the nation after a vote. After that, Mathijs staged an attempted coup on the 5th of July, which after it failed, declared Independence as the Kaiserreich of North Springton at 15:28 from the then Chancellorship of Springton. After that, the nation gains support of Half of the Citizens from Springton, but the nation only lasts a little over 6 hours before falling apart from spies sent by Springton. At 21:33 on The 5th of July, the nation merges back with Springton and Mathijs was re-coronated as Kaiser of Springton. Afterwards Mathijs is banished for treason and the country is renamed. 5 July 2020 - The Kaiserreich of North Springton declares independence from the Chancellorship of Springton after a failed Coup by former Kaiser Mathijs. 21:18 EST 5 July 2020 - The Kaiserreich of North Springton reunited with Springton, the 13th Republic of Northway becomes a colony of the Nation. 15 July 2020 - The Chancellor Resigns and the Kaiser abdicates, the Second Springton Republic is Created. 16 July 2020 - Northway is freed, Runnymede declares independence. 1 November 2020 - Charles I declares independence yet now the Kaiserreich of Springton is renamed, declaring it the 2nd Kaiserreich of Springton. Operation Puppet begins. It establishes colonies in Ela'r'oech. Ela'r'oech becomes it's main ally. On 12 June 2022, Kaiserton declares its independenceindependence from McKeenist Arcadia.
