Operation Puppet was an mission where Ela'r'oech's Dictator Charles I revives Springton as a puppet state as a form of psychological warfare of sorts against Runnymede and more.
Phase I: Revive Springton
Springton was revived for a few days while Puppet was going on.
Phase II: Prime Minister
Charles became Runnymede's Prime Minister.
Phase III: LENS
The LENS was created.
