Rugido is a territory of Phillip. It is considered to be disputed with the United States of America because it isn't inhabited by any citizens of Phillip, nor has a citizen visited the land.
Etymology
The name "Rugido" comes from the Spanish word for "Bellow".[1] The territory consists of a tiny man-made island in Bellows Lake, Florida.
