The Supreme Judge of Phillip is the speaker of the National Assembly of Phillip. The National Assembly also serves as the only court in Phillip, so in conjunction with ruling over the assembly, the Supreme Judge rules over all court cases. The current Supreme Judge is Madison Marcos, who is a member of the Richardson Party.

Powers and duties

Article II of the Constitution gives the Supreme Judge the ability to:

• Mute people from speaking in a session of the National Assembly,
• End and start sessions of the National Assembly
• Break a tied vote in the National Assembly
• Rule over all court cases as the Judge, preserving order
• Deliver the final verdict in accordance with the decision of the jury
