Riachuelo is the de facto capital of the Weedon Territory of Phillip. It's the only city in the territory as it's uninhabited and primarily serves as headquarters for military operations within the territory.

This city is disputed between Phillip and the United States of America, as the land hasn't been officially claimed by a citizen of Phillip.

Geography

Riachuelo has an area of 0.002 square kilometers. By size, it's one of the smallest cities in Phillip.

The city consists of a tiny island in the eastern part of the Alafia River.
