Port Phillip is the most populated district in Phillip. It administers the capital city also named Port Phillip. Originally, the city consisted of just a dock, but was expanded on the 13th of February 2023 to include President Jaxson Renny's residential property.[1]
Etymology
The name of Port Phillip was made to reflect the fact that it is the most important port in the Republic of Phillip.
