Kingdom of Krzakacja more commonly known as simply Krzakacja, claims to was a sovereign state but is referred to as micronation by outside observers. On 4 August 2021, Kingdom declared independence from the Republic of Poland. On 13 May 2020, it proclaimed Independence as the Kingdom of Lukland.The form of Kingdom rule was absolute monarchy headed by King Łukasz I. The nation's territory consists of approximately 3,000m² of land in Europe.
Etymology
The name of the Kingdom was coined in early June 2021. This name comes from the Polish word Krzak (Bush) and with the ending ja (ia) which was polonized to acja. The name comes from the fact that the area of the Kingdom has long been called Bushes (Krzaki). This was said because once the Kingdom was densely overgrown with trees, grasses, nettles and currants. From 12 May 2020 to 27 June 2021, the kingdom was called Lukland.
History
Lukland
On 12 May 2020, the king raised the flag and proclaimed the Kingdom of Lukland, and the day after (13 May), the King signed the Declaration of Independence for the Kingdom of Lukland.
On 2 July 2020, the King ratified the Constitution that announced the transformation of the Kingdom into a Grand Duchy, but on 1 August 2020, Lukland was transformed into a Kingdom, and Łukasz I. I was crowned King of Lukland with a paper crown, thereby confirming his authority.
On 18 September 2020, the Second Constitution was introduced, which was annulled on 3 December 2020 in favor of the Third Constitution.
On 17 February 2021, the King annulled the Constitution and certain laws and declared the Kingdom an Absolute Monarchy. Work was undertaken on another constitution, but nothing came of it and the Kingdom fell into inactivity.
Solution
On June 27, 2021, the King, by signing the Kingdom Declaration, transformed Lukland into Krzakacje, which was inactive from the very first days. The Kingdom was dissolved on 16 July 2021. This Kingdom existed for 20 days and was dissolved for 20 days as well
Beginnings Krzakacja Era
On 4 August 2021, at 7.15 p.m. in local time, the King signed the Declaration of Independence of the Kingdom of Krzakacja, thus declaring the Independence of the Kingdom. Kingdom has existed since 3 years, 120 days King has been working on the constitution of the Kingdom since September 2021, which will probably be ready by 4 august 2022.[2]. On 31 July 2022, the king adopted the constitution, but on January 31, 2023, he stated that its implementation was impossible, so he annulled it.In July and October 2023, the king attempted reforms, but nothing came of it.
Dissolution
After the failed attempt at reforms, the king decided to issue an act of dissolution. In this act the King announced his abdication and that with the abdication the Kingdom would be dissolved. The king formally abdicated on 12 November at 2 p.m [3]

Until October 3, 2021, the Kingdom had no legal territory, although unofficially it was the territory of Lukland. On October 3, 2021, the king, by royal decree No. 3, defined the territory. Page text.[4]

Kingdom was located in Central Europe. The whole Krzakacja is a lowland country and most of the country was covered with trees. Most of the soil in the territory of the Kingdom is good for cultivation, therefore various vegetables are grown in the Krzakacja.
Climate
The Kingdom lies in a zone of humid continental climate with an average annual air temperature of 6.9 °C - 7.2 °C (44.4 °F - 44.9 °F). The hottest month is July with an average temperature of 16.8 °C (62.2 °F) and the coldest month is January with an average of -4.2 °C (24.4 °F).
Summer is characterized by heat and droughts that destroy crops and vegetation. Autumn is characterized by the fact that the temperature begins to drop and in November the temperature begins to drop sharply. Winter is characterized by frequent temperatures below 0 °C (32 °F) and frequent snowfall. In the spring, the snow melts and the temperature rises, although it happens that even in April it may snow.
Snow usually falls in January. On average, snow cover lasts 75 days. The length of the growing season is from 200 to 210 days a year.

Climate Records
According to stories, before 2005 there were lower temperatures of -35 degrees, but there is no evidence for this. Although the lowest temperature recorded by research stations in the nearby city of Lublin is -32.2 °C (-26 °F), the date is unknown so it is considered the record from 2021 which was the coldest recorded temperature since several years. During the winter of 1978-1979 over one and a half meters of snow fell and the snowdrifts here and there were over 2 meters. The proofs are stories and photos from the Lublin region.

Government and politics
Krzakacja was a unitary state and an absolute monarchy, in which all legislative, executive and judiciary power ultimately rests in the hands of the hereditary King.
The King was the head of state and directly controls the foreign affairs. The king rules both by word and by decree. His throne is hereditary and it was currently unclear who heir to the throne.
Legal system
The legal system was based on both the King's word and royal decrees. There is no judicial system in the kingdom, so it is up to the king to pass judgment.
Security
On 3 May 2023, the Royal Guard was formed. The Guards consist of a Royal Regiment and a Police Regiment. The Police Regiment is responsible for security and The Royal Regiment is responsible for the defense of the Kingdom.
