The Grand Order of Excelsior is a state order for distinguished micronationalists awarded by the Government of Excelsior, meant to honor micronationalists who have served the micronational community or micronationalism as a whole. Classified as an "international award" by the Excelsioran Awards System, it is usually awarded to Heads of State who are not Excelsioran citizens. The order is the highest international honor currently bestowed by the Excelsioran Government.
