The Grand Duke of Prsänëa is the monarch and head of state of the Grand Duchy of Prsänëa. The current reigning Grand Duke is Wilary I.
Official status
The Grand Duke is known as "His (or Her) Royal Highness". The heir to the Grand Ducal throne is established by law as the Archduke of Georgetown, the title of which is currently not held. The Grand Duke also reigns as an absolute monarch over Prsänëa, as is written into the Constitution of the Grand Duchy.
History
The throne of the Grand Duke of Prsänëa is the offical continuation of the title of King of the Royal reformed States of America which was abolished on June 1, 2010 when the People's reformed States Republic was established in place of the monarchy.
