The Grand Duke of Philosostan was the ruler of Philosostan, the office was created following the complete handover of Philosostan from the Joint-Controlled Regional Authority of the Empire of Him and New Zealand. The Tauranga Commonwealth of Micronations officially semi-recognised Empire sovereignty over Philosostan but several member states including the Taurstan Anarchist Federation, Ultra Democratic Republic of Referendums and Arstotzkan Union all reject sovereignty claims over Philosostan and work [Incomplete Sentence]
